The architecturally-designed Victor apartments has a strong focus on quality, design and sophisticated modern living. The aim of the architects and designers were to create an iconic theme that gives a new voice to its multi-faceted gateway site. By using INNOCLAD and INNOCEIL architects were able to successfully match natural palettes of wood colour and textures to fit the natural theme and the lighting of the building. Natural timber look of the ceilings/soffits has enhanced the interior and the exterior of the building, including balconies and internal corridors.
Completing the installation of INNOCLAD and INNOCEIL in Victor Apartment is quick and efficient. Compared to time consuming installation of traditional cladding systems, this has taken little to no time, thanks to the V-Joint Shiplap interlocking tongue and groove fixings. Further, V-Joint Ceilings and Soffit interlocks the panels concealing the grooves providing a clean professional appearance. As an added bonus Innoclad and Innoceil are easy to clean and require very low maintenance.s.
The natural timber look of Innowood soffits and ceilings has greatly complemented the greenery lining found throughout walls, access bridges and the courtyard area, giving a dramatic enhancement to the whole building.
The appearence and the features offered by INNOWOOD Soffit & Ceiling Solutions has clearly managed meet the requirements of the architects and designers and added value for this iconic project at the same time.
As an option, INNOWOOD products are able to meet the Group 1 requirements or up to BAL-29 bushfire requirements upon request. The characteristics and features of INNOWOOD products can be considered the closest composite to natural timber.
